  • Sounds like a plan! I love walking but been slacking a little bit since the holidays. I set a goal of at least 500 miles walked for this year so making sure I get in at least 20 minutes a day will get me to my other goal as well.

    I try to do this everyday with my dogs but I'll make a priority challenge now, I'm in :-)

    I'm in. I try to walk on my treadmill at least 4 days a week. This will help me to stay motivated too. Have been slacking the last week on my food intake and it is showing on the scales. Time to get busy again. Good Luck everyone.

    Hi there...65yr.old granny took up your challenge on Jan.11th. I had been doing no exercises since I began MFP 3 wks. ago.Now I am doing walking,stair climbing(5min.)and squats(15).Thank you for issuing this challenge, it finally got me moving,I am sure I would not have started on my own and stayed with it. My goal is to loose 80lbs.,started at 220lbs. And as last Friday I had lost 4lbs..and I am sure this challenge should help me on my journey.How are you doing?:happy: :drinker:

    I walk 3 times a day when at work, 20 mins in the morning, 30ish at lunchtime and 20 mins in the afternoon when I can 4-4.5 miles

    I use my lunch hour to walk outside if the weather is cooperating, if not, then I try to get on my treadmill when I get home.
