    1 Cup 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
    1 Cup Fresh cut Strawberries (or whatever is your fav)
    1 packet Stevia

    174 calories 7g Carb 0g Fat 18g Protein

    Lose the stevia. Add a scoop of protein powder and make it your breakfast.
