Circuit Training Help

I recently started doing circuit training at my gym, and I need some suggestions of what to alternate between the machines. They have you start on a weight machine and alternate to a step between each machine. I would love to hear some suggestions of what to do on the step or not using the step....it does not matter to me, as long as I am being effective. Thanks for your help!

Just get your heart rate up between sets thats the biggest help for calorie burning. - Jumping Jacks, Jump Rope, Jump Squats, Jog in Place, High Knees - I don't really know much to do on the step - you could do step ups to get your heart going - I'm not a step pro - haven't had a lot of experience with one. Good Luck hope this helps.0
