    Before and After pic (45lb goes bye bye!)

    Ok so in my usual non-serious way I present what a 45lb loss looks like. I don't have any body shots until now but you can see from the June pic that I was getting really chunky...

    In December I started to really go for it and get the weight off for good and my belly was still 6" more than it is now. This was my transformation
