Cut it in half, remove the seed.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Bon Apetit!

I usually just eat it because it tastes wonderful as is. My mom makes delicious avocado bubble teas, a low calorie and sugar version, so you may want to try that.

I saw on dr oz how pairing avocado and oranges (or any citrus) is a great belly slimming combo. The mufas in the avocado are anti-inflammyatory and are known to reduce fat storage in the belly, and citrus helps reduce cortisol. The nutritionist on there said it was so good together and convinced me to try it. It's pretty darn good!

    Slim Belly Salad:
    Cut and slice 1 avocado
    Peel and separate 3 oranges
Lightly toss with a TBL olive oil (another mufa) and a dash of salt
Add grilled chicken for protein and prolonged satiety

I mash them up with some chilli powder and spread them on a wholewheat toasted bagel. Soooo good!

I should probably join Avocado Addicts Anonymous because I usually eat a small one every day.

I love to eat them out of the peel! I also like to cut them thin on a thin bagel with tomatos. I sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top. Soo good! I also like them on a turkey sandwich.
