    My tip for snacking: Don't snack and eat larger meals.

    I don't think snacking is a good idea in general. But if you must then never eat out of a bag. Get yourself a plate and put as much as you want on the plate but once youre done eating whats on the plate you must stop.

    My tip for snacking: Plan what you will have for snacks, and take it with you.

    If I didn't plan on snacking, I would be starving when meal time came around and I'd overeat or I would eat unhealthy things.

    I have to snack or i get way to hungry...Every night i prepare in a zip lock bag i mix of carrot,cucumber and pepper to eat at my desk sometime ill have a table spoon of pumpkin hommus (20cals) to eat with it.

    Boiled egg whites are also good to snack on if you have to

    Also water!! i drink about 1.5 liters before lunch stops me from getting to peckish!
