I consume 1600 calories a day and I do atleast 40 minutes of cardio a day now, in the beginning I worked a bit harder but now I'm close to goal and maintain mode 0 -

I gotta ask... I have the same type of double-tummy thing going on. Has it disappeared? Or at least become less bothersome? I don't know about how you felt, but for me, that's probably the part I hate most about my fat--that bizarre extra chub above my belly button. I so envy girls with bellies that are round!
