Scale hasn't gone down or up.

Has anyone not seen scale movement for weeks? I'm worried that I'm not doing something right or I'm missing something.

    If your eating right and getting at least some light exercise, don't worry about the numbers!

    Drink water and forget you even own a scale.

    Weight loss is in the mirror and your confidence!!!! not a digital screen....

    throw the scale away. step on it in the beginning of your dieting and once at the end. Its more about how you feel and what you see. STAY ON TRACK :)
