I am thinking about purchasing this and can someone who has it give me some info on it--How along are the DVD's---is it a 6 day a week program--do you do cardio and strength on the same days and anything else you think I may need to know and most important --do you love it and do you get results.

I am on my last week of the program and it's amazing. It is 5 days, 2 rest days a week. There are two days that have cardio. Those are the longest DVDS lasting about 45-50 min. Strength training is about 30 in the beginning and then the last phase is about 45 again. It's a fantastic program and has done wonders for me. I would suggest it to anyone who is just starting strength training, like I did. I am strong as can be and have the muscles to prove it! Any more questions, e-mail me0
