Healthy choice at Zizzi - guidance please!

Morning all,
I'm hoping you can help!
Hubby is treating us to a meal out this evening to Zizzi at Port Solent in the UK and I would like to make a dinner choice that doesn't put me over my calorie allowance for the day. I have about 450 for dinner this evening.
Their menu online doesn't list the calories in each meal. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Don't get the calzone
it was about 1000 calories lol 0 -
