    Svey: yeah i wanted to be on track before joining anything *gg* But well i think i might just do that and adjust it a bit IF that's okay. I do not make weekly goals actually - i'm happy with whatever comes off *laughs* Though i have 3 goals for me. Since everybody seems to have weekly goals i just wondered if that is a must :)

    Sorry girls, I am late! I didn't log in everything last week, but I busted my *kitten*. Got ALL my carpets cleaned, fridge was cleaned, microwave was cleaned, redid my bathroom (new theme!), cleaned out 2 boxes of toys to donate~! I am glad I did so much but the one thing I still need to do, is get into all my closets!!!!!! AHHHH, that will be a *kitten*~ lol I am scared of this weeks challenge, because I normally try and get 64 oz in, at most. I don't know if I can drink 150 oz!!!!! Yikes. GOOD luck girls.

    Forcing down too much water in a short period of time can actually kill you. Anyone attempting this challenge NEEDS to spread that water out throughout the entire day. Several liters in one sitting is dangerous.

    I am so bad about my water, I am additcted to the diet coke and diet wild cherry pepsi, it is my caffeine and treat for the day, if i only drank it in water not soda, I would be doing grand! I am back on track for like the 100 millionth time. I have got to get this weight off. I feel like I sound like a broken record. Went back to gym on Monday and I am sore still, but a great sore. It actually feels good. I am going again tonight. I did not make it yesterday because I was trying to get some stuff cleaned out and someone was picking up stuff so it messed with my schedule, that is okay because I cleaned for over 2 hours yesterday, even though I look around and can't tell what I did. Everyone have a great week.

    Hey all just checking in. I was sick and water was actually making it worse so am not doing the challenge this week. I have lost 5.3 lbs mainly because i couldn't keep anything in my stomach so I hope it doesn't come back.

    Okay, I sucked at the challenge this week!! I couldn't even do 8 glasses a day. That has to change. Had some setbacks but worked through them. Here is where I ended up:

    Weigh in:
    Starting weight: 245
    Week 1: goal- None - Actual- Unknown
    Week 2: goal- 240 Actual- 239.4
    Week 3: goal- 238 Actual- 240.6
    Week 4: goal- 235 Actual- 234.8
    Week 5: goal- 233 Actual 236.2 - End of April
    Week 6: goal - 230 - Actual 235.4
    Week 7: goal - 233 - Actual 230.8
    Week 8: goal - 228 - Actual 228.0 (Lost 2.8) - (I don't know how I did that - :huh: )
    Week 9: goal - 226
    # lbs lost: 17.0
    # lbs to go: 78.0

    Half my body weight in ounces is 119.25.

    Monday: 88 oz
    Tuesday: 64 oz
    Wednesday: 64 oz
    Thursday: 104 oz
    Friday: 72 oz
    Saturday: Only 16 oz down so far. Drove all day.

    This is a little less water than I normally drink at home, but I also was drinking milk, coffee, and tea while I was in PA and I don't do that at home. When I'm waking up at or before 5am EST and working 13 + hours a day I can't function without the caffene.
