replacing french fries and chips.

I make homemade fries all the time! Just cut up a russet potato into french fry shapes, place them on a pan sprayed with cooking spray, add salt and pepper or whatever seasonings you like and bake for about 30 minutes at 400 degrees, turning once. Soooo good and it's just as healthy as eating a baked potato!
Also, I second what someone else said: eating just the sandwich may be enough to fill you up now, anyway. My appetite has shrunk A LOT since I started getting healthier.0 -

I usually do carrot sticks since they're crunchy. If I really gotta have something like the real thing, pop chips it is.
Also dying to try kale chips, they're on my short list to try.0
