I know you said that you don't think something tiny will work, but whenever I get cravings, I hit the bag of chipits and only have to eat about a tablespoon's worth, then the craving is satiated.
    That, or a brownie....

If you can really just have one square, a brownie can be under 200 calories. Sometimes I by the mini Betty Crocker warm delights. Pricey, but low enough in calories that it doesn't ruin a day and there's nothing left over to tempt me

SKINNY COW is your friend.

Their ice cream tastes amazing and is super low in calories. Otherwise if you're really low on calories try eating frozen fruits (strawberries and blueberries are my fav)

Artic Zero Ice Cream is 150 calories for the PINT! Amazing!

Otherwise I buy the Fiber One Brownies. Only 90 calories and helps my craving for sweets.

These brownies are under 200 calories if you split it into 12 (which makes decent sized brownies) and use splenda or an alternative for 1/3 cup of the sugar. And holy crap are they amazing. Definitely will satisfy any chocolate craving!

I am saving too! Also, I agree on the Skinny Cow. They also have pretzel/chocolate nugget things and heavenly crisp wafer bars that are great. Supermarkets and Walgreens seem to carry.

    Thanks for asking your question!

Jello pudding in the refrigerator section has some great stuff out now for only 60 calories. Also sugar free jello (10 calories)with a dalop of cool whip is great too. Fiber one Carmel pretzel bars rock...but watch the carbs.. I like to have a sweet at night...not every night but these things help me not feel deprived.

have a dairy food chocolate yoghurt instead, works for me, and BTW, choc cravings usually represent low magnesium or iron

Freeze bananas! Add to blender with a little Almond milk and honey. Blend really good and Banana Ice cream!! You can freeze lots of fruits and try this. Add some greek yogurt for creamier, healthier dessert.
