Problem with the C-belly flap

My youngest is now 13 and I still have this very disfiguring belly flop. no matter what I do , its just there..... any suggestions ! I have spent countless hours in the gym, crunched of all sorts, tummy bumps, muscle flexing.

    try Pilates to strengthen your core if you haven't already. It did wonders for my tummy issues

    I saw commercials for Rev Abs and Hip Hop Abs. I heard they both work pretty well.
