IT LOOKS LIKE MFP LOWERED MY CALORIE GOAL....ANYBODY KNOW WHY/HOW IT WOULD HAVE DONE THIS?

    Did you lose weight? Every so often, in ~10 pound increments, MFP will lower your caloric intake to keep you on track for losing more weight.

    Did you lose weight? As you get lighter your calories get less. And using all caps is considered yelling.

    I set me initial calorie goal based on what the Jillian Micheals website gave me in a profile- 2012 calories per day.
    MFP just changed it to 1200. Seems like a big jump.

    Did you select that you wanted to lose 2 pounds per week? That'll get most anyone to the 1200 calorie goal.

    Remember, that is net calories. You can eat 2012, if you burn 800 exercising

    A) listen to jillian michaels not mfp, 1200 is too low.
    B) Losing 2 lbs per week is not advisable or safe. Change it to .5 or 1 lb per week for a more accurate calorie goal

    I was told by a couple different sources 2lbs per week MAX is safe

    If you are morbidly obese, yes.
