Hello everyone

I'm Graham, and I've just joined. My profile kind of says what I need from this, but I have been hiding myself away for the last five years and putting on a lot of weight, It's now time I moved on, and got back out there, a not so young, free and single guy with a mostly good sense of humour but in need of a little TLC.

I work too hard, travel a heck of a lot because of it adn I need to sort myself out now.

    Thanks for the welcomes everyone, it's harder than I thought being able to log in here each day, with work being what it is and I get posted all over the place, so it's difficult to be in a place where I can use a phone, let alone a PC...

    I keep trying to update my food diary (if that's what it's called) so I can see what I'm up to.

    Soggy, waterlogged Gloucestershire here so I'm envious that you've got snow!

    The best of luck in your quest - at least out here in the rural shires we've got lots of countryside around to walk and get fit in.

    It's just started sodding snowing again....work just gets a little more challenging when it's snowing....

    Hopefully it won't be snowing long, and it won't settle....famous last words.

    Well, I got advised by someone I know that this is a good site, and they did the same, came, stayed, left, put weight back on, and came back and it's gone again.

    Greetings from a Midlander who now lives in Scotland. Snowing lightly here in St Andrews but heavy rain forecast for later on, so it will soon go.

    Always try to log in at least once a day if you can. Logging in is the secret, along with being brutally honest about what you eat. You'll get plenty of support here - just ignore the naysayers.
