Lots of veggies!!! And you could also have some healthy life toast in order to get some carbs in you too.0

I'd add a workout so I'd have more calories to use, if you have time. If not, what she said0

Veggie soup is always a Favorite for a light meal.0

I would work out a little to be able to eat some more calories...that way you won't have to limit yourself and be hungry later.
also I asparagus does have calories--everything has calories but water... 1 large spear is 4 calories0 -
I'd just exercise to get the calories back.0
-
exercise and add some calories back!!!! Eat a huge salad; three cups of salad greens only has 20 to 35 calories, and 3 cups is a huge pile of food!!!0
-
When that happens to me, I get busy and earn some calories by exercising. Then I get to eat my exercise calories. I love that part!0

That is not true. A small raw spear has 2 calories.
So there you have it ... 294 spears of asparagus, and you won't even be hungry for dessert!0 -
3 egg whites - no more than 75
0 calorie spray
any type of veggies:
broc 20
bell pepers 16
onions 26
About 137 Total
if it is too plain add some salsa on top!!0 -
I'd do the egg whites scrambled with veggies and topped with salsa. That's my go to low cal meal!!
go for a quick mile jog.. that'll get you at least 100 more calories.0 -

its a mere guideline not a rule. over today, under tomorrow. DONT SWEAT IT. trust me, experience speaking here, the minute you begin sweating it, the minute it becomes an obsession, its way unhealthy.0

only water is calorie free but veggies are very low and good quality calories. How is the world did you only end up with 147 for dinner?0

Just wondering where you got these stats from cause 4 oz's of chicken breast has 220 cals asparagus 5 spears has 25 so that's 245 cals?
Anyways here what I ate last night and its about 140 cals. Sharataki noodles, with 2 tbls salsa 1 laughing cow wedge, 50g of pork loin roast. It was very yummy and filling!0 -
6 oz shrimp (about 140 calories)
and load up on veggies!0 -
4 oz Chicken is 130.. Not 2200

Eat less during the day.....o yeah, past that point. Kidding - just being a smart *kitten* - I would exercise some more. Cuz asparagus makes your pee smell funny if you eat too much of it.......0

Yea I know.. Its tricky business this counting stuff. I get the skinless boneless chicken breast by perdue. They have them inv. wrapped and are 130 a fillet. I get those for that reason. It is so confusing sometimes!0
