New to this, looking for new friends to keep me going

Hi all, I'm 26, 5'10 and weight 220. Lately I've started feeling crappy about myself so I decided to take some steps to improve my body. I'm hoping to get down to 180 which would be 40 pounds with less fat more muscle.

Anyway I've tried diet/exercise and it always works for a while but then I taper off and lose my motivation and end up feeling worse about myself. I'm hoping that reaching out to other like-minded people will help keep me on track, and give me a chance to really succeed this time.

If anyone is willing to be my buddy it would be greatly appreciated.
