How many calories does that actually burn? Do I really only log in 20 mins of exercise eventhough I THINK I've burned more calories than a typical 20 mins on the treadmill?? Any and all comments welcome!! :)

    I usually list it as circuit training for x minutes.

    That's how I enter it too. Circuit training for 20 minutes. And then I take like 20 off because I do take a few second rest here and there during it.

    I enter it as circut training as well and for my size it says that I burn 257 cals.

    If you have a exercise that isn't listed, you can always add it. I started doing a walk/jog combo on the treadmill and had to add it.
