Hey I' wanted to get together a group to cheer each other on. I'm doing the JM 30 day shred and today is my day 6! I am already seeing improvement in my stamina and endurance I'm feeling stronger too. Anyone wanna keep each other motivated? Possibly take before and after pics with me?
When I'm done I'm planning on doing ripped in 30 DVD already bought!! Who is with me?

I'm on day 5 of level one:) A friend of mine who isn't on myfitnesspal is on day two of level one.. Our plan is to do the 30DS twice in a row!0

Today is day 8 on level 1 for me, the whole time I've had the DVD I never stuck with it for this long, so proud!
For those who are sore/ just starting out, around day 5 you'll see an incredible difference! The pain subsides and the endurance kicks in!0 -

I am on level one, day two! Just started yesterday.....I am so sore!!
I feel your pain!! I just finished D2 this morning. When I got out of bed (which was painful enough) I said to myself how in the world am I going to do this workout today. But by the time I got through the warm up and a few squats I loosened up and I managed to get through it!!0 -

tonight i will be doing day 3! i started on Monday, but I am doing 2 days on, one day off...after day 2 i was SO SO SO stiff and sore! my one calf is still sore today but after work i am just going to PUSH THROUGH!0

I'm on L1D3, I've never managed to finish the whole 30 days before but I'm getting married in a year so it's a huge motivation. I can do with all the encouragement I can get though!0

I'm on Day 3 Level 1 today I did two days and then took yesterday off (what a difference that makes! No sore muscles today!). I think I'm going to try and take on level 2 in a couple of days, because apparently I'm not enough of a masochist :devil:

I did the same started on Monday did two days then had yesterday off as I was horse riding last night so didn't want to be jelly legged whilst trying to jump lol. Gonna try and stick with it every day and just have weds off. Not sure I could move to level two yet though!!0 -
Me! Started Day 1 Level 1 yesterday! I am hoping to do this atleast 5 times a week with bikram yoga and Zumba the other 2 days. If I don't see results I am going to cry!

i had found a differnt thread by googleing the same question, people cal ranged from 180 to 220....so I just put in a avg 2000 -

Everyone still going. I did L1D2 last night. Thinking I might have a rest day today! boy my legs are sore. but for some reason my arms feel fine.0

I'm on day 9 of level 1....keep at it it gets easier on about day 4 and I've gone from doing 3 pushups to 14 in that time, such an awesome feeling, good luck everyone!0

i'm on day 6 of level 1. it hasn't been as hard finding the time to work out as i expected, being a working mother of 2. today was my first time to actually get my lazy butt out of bed to do it before work and what a way to start the day! i'm loving it. although that whole jump roping thing is TOUGH!0

after the first day i could barely WALK! i was worried what would happen if i did it again the next day, and after doing so i found that the soreness actually got better! WHO KNEW RIGHT?? haha much better indeed by day 50

Last night was Level 2 Day 1, and oh boy was that tough. I did Level one 10 days in 13 days. I did notice a difference in stamina but not anything else. I am hoping to see a difference when I get through the whole thing. I not sure what I am doing after I am done. I have a couple of choices. Keep up the good work everyone.0

I am about to start the 30 day shred today :-), i was told i might want to start the Burn fat boost metabolism first....yeah right HA HA! I watched that bugger 1st! That will be my 2nd step in 30 days i think, I do have the 30 day shred, BFBM and the Body revolution series.
My question is has anyone ever done the Walk off the pounds videos by Leslie Sansone? instead of taking a day off would it be better to altenate between the 30DS and WATP?

Love seeing this! I am on day 4, however I am mixing the levels so I have done 1 day on each level. I am also just adding the 30ds on top of boxing and kickboxing classes, so I am not doing it every day, more like 4-5 days a week, but I am hoping to see some added results and am excited to see the results of fellow MFPers.
Heard about the 30ds here on MFP forums and absolutely love it. Jillian kicks a**!0
