Chef Boyardee Diet?

Glad you found something you like that works for you, but there are a few things you probably should have stated in the OP. In responses you have said that you also eat protein bars (or power bars, I forgot which one you said), some granola, a multivitamin and Tums. In one response you said something about different things you could add to the Chef Boyardee foods, but I was unsure of if you actually do add. So, yes you're eating lots of Chef Boyardee, but you're also filling in other things as necessary. That's all good, your OP was just a little misleading.
I dont eat power bars, Im just saying that I can once at a "maintenance weight". In the last 28 days, I think i've supplemented about 1 cup of granola total (I track it in the fitness pal logs). I also have "reward" threshold weights (less than on my wedding day, less than start of boot camp, less than end of bootcamp) - I give myself unhealthy treats for hitting those.
Didnt mean to be misleading.
And TUMs doesnt really count as "food".0 -
bump; how's this going?0

Yes you may lose weight, but are you going to do this for the rest of your life? Probably not. So, at some point you will need to start eating regularly again. What about fresh veggies and fruit? I wouldn't do this for long...
^^^this. Gotta make a change that you can maintain for the rest of your life. When you start allowing yourself to vary your diet, a hot place may break loose.0 -
Still moving right along on pace to get down to a healthy weight (191 for me). Once Im there, the diet plan will probably change to allow for more variety.0

I dont eat power bars,
You're not doing any resistance training, correct? Cardio only?0 -
No I also do crunches (sometimes weighted) and pull-ups (assisted.) I shoot for as many crunches as I can do in 2 minutes, or as many sets of 8 as I can do if they are weighted. Regarding pullups, that varies, but I usually crank out between 10-20 every time I go to the gym.
The recommended daily protein intake for an average adult is 56 grams. I am always over 56 grams in any given day.0 -
I'd be afraid of turning orange.
OP - I seriously can't believe you consider this "not unhealthy". Was there supposed to be a sarcasm font used on that statement?0
