Penne with grilled italian sausage and chicken and cannellini beans with sauteed kale and some garlic, olive oil and red pepper.0

We're having pizza pasta for dinner. I make it with gluten free penne. Then add some chopped pepperoni, bell pepper, onions, olives and homemade pasta sauce. On top goes a lovely layer of low fat mozzarella. Add a salad and we're ready to eat!0

A bowl of black beans and brown rice. Yum. It's a great combo. Especially with an over easy egg on top.0
