Hi everyone!
My name is Jason and I'm not new to myfitnesspal but I'm new to the message boards. I just wanted to introduce myself. I've done an entire round of P90X and am on round 2. It's been awesome and I'm sure I can share some insights with others that may have questions on it or are just starting. Also, if you're thinking about purchasing P90X, I can help you with any questions you may have.
I hope to be able to provide tons of value here and I'm sure I will have questions too. I've read through some of the posts and you all have excellent advice! It's great to be a part of the community!

    Hey Fitjay,
I am also on my second round week 2. This is the first time I am trying to watch my calorie intake. Is their a way to figure how many calories one would burn following the videos step by step using classic program. I weigh 250 lbs and am able to keep up with videos.

Yes, the best way is to use a Heart Rate Monitor. I just use one for each of my workouts and then put that info into myfitnesspal. Unfortunately, the calorie burn will vary with each person so I couldn't really give you an accurate number for each workout.
