I love this! First of all congrats on your loss! You look amazing! The only thing that concerned me was this....

Do you mean ABOVE the 1000 you burned?
You're saying you're only getting 500-800 Calories then and your BMR would be about 1784 (I didn't know your age, just weight and height) So in this case you're actually well below what you should be which in turn could cause weight gain. Were you aware of this already? Or did a physician maybe suggest it? Maybe it's just me (or science) but do you not feel hungry?0 -
