Jan. 31 2013: 272
Feb. 7 2013: 267
Feb. 13 3013: 263 (101 pounds lost so far)
The goal is to get down to 200 pounds so I have a ways to go and will continue with the deficit caloric intake. I started at 4X shirts and 50 inch pants size. Currently Im at wearing 2X shirts and size 40 pants. I will now start to replace the 5 days of cardio with 3 days a week of the stronglifts 5x5 program.
I have an office job and push a mouse around all day so I get no exercise unless I work out. I started this journey at 2500 cals a day.
First two weeks 2,500 cals a day
2nd 2 weeks, 2,000 cals a day
Remaining weeks and currently at about 1,500 cals a day to drop the remaining 60+ pounds. When I reach the point where I work to maintain, I expect to increase the caloric intake back to perhaps 2,000 calories a day. I have not yet begun a weight lifting/training program as I equip my home gym and then will monitor and adjust the calorie needs as I go.

So, it wasn't just a horrible Halloween candy incident. Whew!
Thanks for posting all of the numbers - I find it really interesting to visualize _how_ the weight came off people - hopefully I can be as consistent as you have been.0 -
