I know how you feel0

throw in some planks and variations of planks to tighten up the core muscles, and add in cardio to burn off the fat.0

Ok, you have posted this question 6 times and have received lots of ideas. Have you tried any of them yet?
Have you been to a doctor to make sure that you are not pregnant, and do not have a gluten intolerance?
You can take a home pregnancy test to rule that out, and you can remove grains from your diet for a couple of weeks to see if that helps any.
It may be that you just carry more fat in your midsection than in the rest of your body. I was built the same way when I was younger. I had zero fat on any part of my body, except my belly. The only way I could get rid of it, was to lower my body fat %. If all the extra fat is gone from your arms and legs, then the only place you will lose fat is from your belly.
This doesn't mean that you need to lose any more body weight, just that you can lower your BF%. You don't have to have access to a gym, just move your body and lift heavy stuff. Body weight exercises are great.
No one is going to have a magic answer to make it disappear. Sorry.
ETA- try lowering your carbs. Cut out all processed sugars and white flours. Get sufficient protein and healthy fats. How many calories are you eating?
Also, if you have recently lost weight, it may take time for your skin and everything to shrink. I usually lose scale weight first, then the inches drop later. Give it time and don't obsess over it so much. Go have fun being a teenager!0 -
Looks like you are ready for the Insanity or P90 whatever and really target the core muscles you need them to grow and take off that extra five or so percentage points of body fat... Don't really see the point, you really do look great but at your age I understand the desire to cut it even more...0

Raise your protein, eat super clean and increase the strength training. Jari Love Extremely Ripped is my favorite series.0
-
YOUR DIET. Core work won't help unless you get your diet right and decrease your body fat.0
-
Haven't you already posted this?
ffs, give it a rest0 -
abs are made in the kitchen.0

HOT Yoga twice each week will strengthen you to the core and get you where you want to be in about six to eight weeks without losing weight. Your abs will love you!0
-
Try doing tranverse crunches only which work your inner core.0
-
I've ordered an 8kg kettlebell to use will this help build muscle and lower my body fat do you think?
Has anyone had any success with them?0 -
You look great, I love your waist! I understand how frustrating it must be though to still have a little pudge, even though your tummy is quite small.
It may be a genetic thing, or perhaps a food intolerance that makes you bloated?0 -
Jillian Michaels - 6 pack in 6 weeks, drink more water, avoid starchy carbs (go for wholemeal and wholewheat when you can).0

Please at least try out people's suggestions before buying things/starting new threads...you need to give it at least TWO MONTHS to see any noticeable change.
Coming from somebody who stores most of her excess weight in the tummy area (when I regain a couple of my 55 lost pounds)
Strength training. NOT a few crunches and squats before bed...INTENSE training. Try the 30 day shred. That got rid of my pooch.
Clean(er) diet. You need to eat a wide variety of foods and change things up with your macros until you find what works for you.
Eat ENOUGH. Eat between your BMR and your TDEE - CONSISTENTLY. For me this was 1700 per day WITH a cheat day on Saturdays.
Cardio. Run. 3 times a week for 30 minutes, no matter what. And walk everywhere.
BE PATIENT.0
