Here's a recipe similar to PF Chang's Lettuce Wraps. It works better with iceberg lettuce but romaine would work. They are delicious.

    http://www.food.com/recipe/p-f-changs-chicken-lettuce-wraps-15865?layout=desktop

    Ingredients Calories Carbs Fat Protein
    C & H - Dark Brown Cane Sugar (for Baking), 0.5 Cup 360 96 0 0
    Tyson - Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 32 oz 800 0 4 184
    La Choy - Lite Soy Sauce, 16 tbsp 240 32 0 16
    Giorgio - Organic Mushrooms Pieces and Stems, 1 1/2 cup 60 9 0 6
    Dynasty - Sliced Water Chestnuts, 2 cup drained 80 20 0 0
    Kikkoman - Hoisin Sauce, 1 Tbsp. 40 10 0 1

    Total: 1580
    Per Serving: 158

    1. Dissolve brown sugar in soy sauce, heat soy sauce to boil, let simmer
    2. Stir-fry chicken in wok or fry pan.
    3. Chop (fine) water chestnuts, mushrooms and cooked chicken and mix
    4. Return water chestnut, mushroom chicken mixture to wok
    5. Pour soy sauce mixture into wok and stir in hoisin sauce.
    6. Mix well and let simmer 5 minutes.
    7. Serve in lettuce cups

I did buffalo chicken lettuce wraps last night, and they were pretty awesome. I used the skinnytaste crock pot buffalo chicken recipe (3lbs chicken breast, 1 bottle Frank's buffalo sauce, and a packet of ranch seasonings in a crock pot for 8 hours, then shred), added a little ranch mayo, and rolled them in leaves of iceberg. Yum :)

That sounds so YUMMY!!! I going to try this. Thank you for posting. Do you have the caloric intake??

Sorry, just saw this! I believe that the buffalo chicken recipe is listed in the food database, then I added a tablespoon of light Hellman's and some iceberg to my data....can't remember what it came out to, but it was a good low-cal meal :)

I've done the PF Chang's lettuce wraps. I absolutely LOVE it with peanut sauce.

I also make lettuce wraps with vermicelli rice noodles, prawns, green onions, cilantro, red pepper and cucumber mixed with thai chili sauce. Super yummy.

I do chicken salad with chicken, grapes, green onion and a curry mayo (I don't like greek yogurt, but you could try mixing curry with it).

    Lettuce wraps...too many options.

    1. Take ANY meat, cut it or roll it, add some sauce (mustard, BBQ, teriyaki, etc.), and enjoy!
    2. I have been on this fake meat kick thanks to Wegmans...so you can take breaded or unbreaded "chicken", wok or pan cook it with some form of Asian sauce w/ garlic, red peppers, mushrooms, add some cheese you like...YUM!
    3. Mexican options...honestly...anything you can put in a shell, you can put in lettuce

As a note, like I put with Mexican food, anything that can be paired with a bread product can typically be placed in a wrap

I do stir fry lean beef and broccoli (sometimes frozen "stir-fry veggies" too). Lots of ginger and garlic, a dash of soy sauce and soba sauce.

I also eat this with nori seaweed for wraps instead of lettuce.

I eat this a lot actually.

Sometimes I just sautee a load of veggies and wrap them up.
