Hello all. I am new to fitness pal, but it looks pretty cool. Just joined with my wife. We are looking to get more active and start eating better. And lose some weight! I have about 50 lbs to lose. I started a workout program about a month ago. I am a huge soda drinker, but have gone soda free for 4 days! (Thats a lot for me) Looking for motivation and tips. Thanks for reading!

just started 2 weeks ago on a new diet and exercise plan my blood sugar average went from 250 plus to 135 and i'm down 5 pounds0
