I have a huge celectic arrangment. I have 50s music to 80s music, 90s pop, today's hits.But generally I like something that has a good beat. I listen to a lot of 80s(GnR,Journey,Led Zeplin) sometimes I listen to metal(disturbed, Soil, only because my husband does lol )0

All of these are awesome I don't exercise to any of them though. Most of them don't have a fast enough beat...and I keep wanting to sing along
i find it great for the elliptical because each song i have on there is roughly 4 minutes which is the interval time on the settings i use. they keep me at a good pace and i am sure i have been looked at as i make my angry faces while mouthing the lyrics.
the one song that i up my pace greatly with is Plowed by Sponge...0 -
