No I have not been dx with celiac disease, but have had GI problems for years. So when I started reading about the problems I was having it pointed towards gluten intolerance. The pop I gave up 4 months ago and the red meat back before christmas (it also gave me GI problems). So really the only new things are the gluten, high frutcose corn syrup. I have kind of given up on cutting out soy just cutting back. I have also been reading that if you dont have celiac disease there is no heath benifit in givin up gluten?
