I probably have no business using advanced methods yet, but I like drop sets.0

Drop sets are fun but I wouldn't use them every workout. To really do them right you need a partner and a lot of little plates. Load up the bar and do as many as you can, your partner strips off a plate on each side you do as many as you can, until you have an empty bar that feels like 1000lbs lol.
20 rep squats is another fun one. Take a weight you can do 10 reps of and do 20, no matter how long it takes. Don't rack the bar, hold it the whole time. Give yourself about a week off after that!0 -
