I'm in, if I can find a chair. I don't have a table and chairs at home and all of the chairs at work roll. Hmm. Wish I had a coffee table!
  • Done. Had to rest arms a few times and think I ended up doing 10 extra but I got them in!

edge of desk? perhaps that is too tall but my best thought :-)

I'm in- no promises on the 150 though! I went up to another department as they have some non-wheeled chairs- one colleague held the chair while I dipped 10 times- he said it must be funny for the building across from ours as they can see straight into his office and would only see a woman bobbing up and down while he held the chair

    :blushing:

I have used the edge of the bathtub. You could try that.

What about edge of bed, couch, end table, tub, or stairs at home.

This made me laugh out loud.

I did these off of my kids' toy chest today. I've also done them off the edge if the couch in the past. You can make them harder or easier depending on how far out and how much bend you have in your knees.

I'm in, I need some more arm work anyways....no to find something suitable to use because all my chairs at home wouldn't work. Possibly the coffee table but will probably use the bathtub idea.
