so I'm new to the boards here but not new to weight loss message boards. I have to say I've never seen a weight loss message board with this many men before. It's great to see them here.

    I usually do the cooking on the weekends. Tomorrow I am making lima beans and hamhocks (for flavor, I'm not going to eat the ham) and cornbread, and caeser salad.

    She likes making sloppy joe's too and I can't stand them.
