    What an inspiration! Great Job! Is your wife doing the P90x as well, and is it doable for someone who isnt totally out of shape, but who hasnt worked out in several years? Love any info you 2 have!

    Yes it's totally doable. You can modify all of the exercises to suit your needs. When I first started I ran in place or did star jumps when necessary. Yes me wife has been doing the program the whole time with me. Please feel free to friend me if you'd like more info.
