Valentine's day is also my son's birthday, so I knew I would be over calories. Heck, I was high on tuesday eating the leftovers from making his cake too. But, I knew it would be the case, so I wasn't "off" my diet, or whatever... just a few higher than normal days.

I must confess to a midnight raid on the bag of candy my sweety got me...7 snack-sized "Take 5" bars in about 5min :o

I mean, I'm still alive and didn't blow up like a balloon, so I'm fairly certain that one meal didn't destroy any aspect of my life or body.

We had penne vodka, lots of garlic bread, wine, and chocolate lava cakes. All homemade. I went over by 300+ calories, but I don't care. I enjoyed myself. Worth every calorie.

That sounds good !! I love penne vodka && I went over about 350cal but it was Sooo worth it !! It's not gonna kill me :)

Mine I ate a lot of unhealthy stuff like chocolate, starbursts, skittles, gummy worms, nerds, chicken strips and fries from red robin but surprisingly it helped me get over my plateau! I have been eating too few of calories and it kicks my body back in shape from thinking I was starving! Now I'm going back to the same routine! Lost 1.4 pounds! It's also eased my mind around junk food. Our date also included rock climbing and I climbed until I couldnt move my arms at all so I didn't give it all up.
