Weight Watchers - How many calories equal a point?

I did WW in the past and couldn't stick with it. I like MFP much better so far. Anyway, what I was wondering is, how many calories=a weight watchers point? Just curious if my calorie goal is similar to what my WW daily point goal was.
Thanks!
Thanks!

A WW point is about 70 calories, give or take, depending on fat and fiber.0

When I did weight watchers they told us that a point is about 50 calories but it depends on how much saturated fat as well obviously.0

depending on fat and fiber, 70 calories equals 1 weight watchers point.0

I've always been led to believe that 1 WW point is roughly equal to 70 calories0

I did WW for a year and lost 65 lbs. and it does work!! I was told by my leader at the time that 1 point = 50 calories. I am not so sure that the 1 WW point = 70 calories is accurate.0

When I did WW I was told that 1 pt = approx 50 cals0

Thank you all. Wow. If one point equals 50, WW only had me eating 1050 cals a day! No wonder I couldn't do it!!0
