Thanks for the recipe! Sounds wonderful! I can't eat beef so this is a GREAT alternative!
I have used a recipe calculator to evaluate some of my recipes at: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp I am going to have to plug it in. It will let you calculate how many servings you want from each recipe.
Thank you so much for the post!0 -
That actually sounds really good...if only I could trick my husband into eating sweet potatoes...0

I did take one teeny bite of but it was so sweet I didn't care for it. I'm all grown up now, time to try them again.
I think the baked sweet potato fries (also a recipe for those) & chips have various seasonings on them so you just might be able to lure him into the world of sweet potatoes!

I love spicy sweet potato fries and have made them a few times but he doesn't like them. I've also tried adding them to meals he likes as well as bread products. He isn't a fan. He also doesn't like corn, squash, cilantro, onions, yogurt, grains, beans, most vegetables or anything else he considers healthy. I usually have to cook something seperate for him.(

I use red sauce, but I've heard it's really great with green sauce too. I would just use whatever you prefer. I'm going to try it with gree sauce next time I make it.0 -
