    I'm 5'5.5". I ate 1500+ a day, ran/did Zumba 3 days a week, and lifted heavy 3 days a week.

    Before, ~130

Not gone (I still have SOO far to go!!), but shrinking -- I feel hopeful! This has been over 3 months.

I was mortified at what my lower abdomen looked like after having my daughter. The first 2 months of good weight loss didn't seem to touch my tummy, but then the third month showed a noticeable difference to me.

omg these pics are amazing. i have hit my goal weight ( 5.2 ft and 117 lbs) but i still have a lower belly pooch and what i hate about it is when i sit down i get a flap of skin that sits/folds over my underwear or bathing suit... i want to decrease that but haven't had any success. I am using weight a few times a week in my 30ds, rin30 and slim in 6 programs i do but still need to lower that body fat!

OK, I said I would come back and post a better pic of my belly..

    Before (Jan 1):

    Today (Day 48):

I wish I had taken a better before photo cause the lower pudge there was so big and is covered up by boxer shorts.. the reduction I've seen in this area in less than two months is amazing

Thank you so much for posting your pics ladies. I thought after carrying 5 big babies I could never get rid of my belly but you've given me inspiration and motivation to try. Not sure how trim I could get as I have a lot of stretch marks but I'm going to give it a good go!

I have a ton of stretch marks too (& I've only had 2 kids both just shy of 9 pounds), but they will fade and become less noticeable as you lose the weight. Keep up the hard work and you will get there! :) I've still got a a little pooch when I sit, but it is skin/stretch marks instead of the flab it used to be.

Here's a close up before & this is a "good" picture of my stretch marks as I was 9 months pregnant with my second and stretched to the max, they looked so much worse after I gave birth dark red and raw :(. The second pic is a close up of my stomach area from 6 weeks ago (& 8 lbs heavier than now), but it shows the extra skin.

Wow, stretch marks aren't even noticeable.. gives me hope cause despite the pics, I have stretch marks from having 2 children all over my upper/lower abs/obliques area and I wonder if they will ever become less noticeable.
