    Well that's amazing, hope you treated yourself to something nice and all the hard work will help you keep it off. I'm sitting here just thinking how brilliant people are, once you get your head in the right place and want to do it, you CAN! Great pics too, cheers!

    I started my journey on April 4, 2011. I was 265 lbs. Today I'm 165. I'm 5'9".

    I exercise 5 days/week and kept within my daily calorie goal most days. I love taking exercise classes and I'm a runner! I've run in 11 different races now including a half marathon. I plan on running 11 more races this year. Thanks to all my MFP buddies, you are all more motivation than you know.

    Here are my pics..... (hopefully I did this right)

    This was taken in 2009 as our engagement photo.... I was around 265 lbs or so..
