I'm 5'5.5". I ate 1500+ a day, ran/did Zumba 3 days a week, and lifted heavy 3 days a week.
Before, ~130
After, 120

My SW 198lb/89.9kg and during at 62kg/136lb (about 4kg/9lb ago):
And a week ago somewhere between 129lb and 130lb or about 58.5kg/59kg:
And the side during at 136lb/62kg.... (I'm 128lb now and it's even better!):
I'm 5'4" and a mummy and I've been fat since I was 7 or 8 - so there's hope for everyone!!
How inspiring!0 -
Not gone (I still have SOO far to go!!), but shrinking -- I feel hopeful! This has been over 3 months.
I was mortified at what my lower abdomen looked like after having my daughter. The first 2 months of good weight loss didn't seem to touch my tummy, but then the third month showed a noticeable difference to me.
wow!!! greatgolly that's made a difference :flowerforyou:0 -
My before has my belly covered, but the pooch is there. Still have a bit of loose skin I would like to trim down.
your start weight is my goal!! wow-you look fantastic!!!0 -
omg these pics are amazing. i have hit my goal weight ( 5.2 ft and 117 lbs) but i still have a lower belly pooch and what i hate about it is when i sit down i get a flap of skin that sits/folds over my underwear or bathing suit... i want to decrease that but haven't had any success. I am using weight a few times a week in my 30ds, rin30 and slim in 6 programs i do but still need to lower that body fat!0

Wow this is great!!!! And in only a couple months!0

Wow well done to all you ladies you all look amazing!! I'm 5'2" and currently 122lbs would like to get down to about 110. Most of my weight is on my belly, hips and thighs. I can't wait to get to my goal weight and be able to put up my before and after pics I've given myself till may to do it as I'm off on holiday then and need to be fit for my bikini!!0

OK, I said I would come back and post a better pic of my belly..
Before (Jan 1):
Today (Day 48):
I wish I had taken a better before photo cause the lower pudge there was so big and is covered up by boxer shorts.. the reduction I've seen in this area in less than two months is amazing0 -
I still have a bit to go but it is going away! Here is my album. http://imgur.com/a/9AILf0

THERE'S HOPE!
I tough I could never get rid of this pooch + muffing top combo that is part of my body for ages LOL0 -
Thank you so much for posting your pics ladies. I thought after carrying 5 big babies I could never get rid of my belly but you've given me inspiration and motivation to try. Not sure how trim I could get as I have a lot of stretch marks but I'm going to give it a good go!0

Ladies, you all look wonderful!! Thank-you for giving me hope that one day my belly can look good again.0

I have a ton of stretch marks too (& I've only had 2 kids both just shy of 9 pounds), but they will fade and become less noticeable as you lose the weight. Keep up the hard work and you will get there! I've still got a a little pooch when I sit, but it is skin/stretch marks instead of the flab it used to be.
Here's a close up before & this is a "good" picture of my stretch marks as I was 9 months pregnant with my second and stretched to the max, they looked so much worse after I gave birth dark red and raw . The second pic is a close up of my stomach area from 6 weeks ago (& 8 lbs heavier than now), but it shows the extra skin.

You really can see the change... Your legs, stretch marks ...... Great job.....Keep up the good work.....0

Wow, stretch marks aren't even noticeable.. gives me hope cause despite the pics, I have stretch marks from having 2 children all over my upper/lower abs/obliques area and I wonder if they will ever become less noticeable.0
