Afternoon Snack

I always have a small meal between lunch and dinner, around 3pm. And I want to share a recipe for a smoothie that I make to curb my hunger in between large large meals. Not only is it filling, it's also healthy with these macros:
300 cals
2g fat
65g carbs
10g protein
Banana Peach Smoothie
1/4 c rolled oats
1 medium banana
1 peach or nectarine
1/2 c fat free milk
Ice
Blend it all, pour, and enjoy!

Sugar is high at 33g. It's all natural sugar, but it's definitely something that needs to be considered for those who are watching sugar intake.
I personally stopped worrying about my sugar intake since it's all natural sugars. There's days where it can get up to 100g just because I ate 3 or 4 fruits. It's processed sugars that I stay away from.
