my first noticeable NSV

After getting out of the shower today (and I hate looking at myself unclothed right now) I did notice that the back fat is just a little less fatty today! Put on the bra and the somewhat formfitting t-shirt, and took a look again....yes it's true! The roll that protrudes from under the band of my bra is little more smooth today. Yea!

Good job.
I often look at myself and wonder what my body looks like under all the fat.
That always makes you feel good when you notice those things.
