hello there, I was recommended this site by a friend...this is awesome! I already set some great goals for myself and have lost a few lbs...but this makes everything so easy to keep track! and when I can keep track I am better at holding myself accountable... I am super excited about this. Thank you! Now I have 30lbs to go and no looking back! Thank you for creating this fabulous site...great idea!
