So I have been worken so hard to loose the last 5 lbs, I get on the scale this morning and I lost nothing, I am so disapponted,
To me this is such a set back. I will take my husbands advice and lessen my workout from 80min a day to 60, And I will also try and get closer to my mfp calories. I just hope I see results next sunday on the scale.

I still have a long way to go but a friend of mine was down to that last five.
She did exactly what you are doing and ate close to what another site prescribed and made it. She also said for her a change in her weigh training and exercise types helped.

sometimes the scale doesn't show anything but you can notice changes in your clothes!

You can do it!! Those last one's are really tough. Have you measured yourself? Maybe you've gained some muscle and lost some fat which is why the scale doesn't reflect all your hard work?0
