Only 2 weeks,what can I do?

I need my legs to be slimmer in 2 weeks for track pictures.What can I do to reduce the jiggle and make them look more toned?

    Well, they aren't going to jiggle if you are sitting or standing still for a photo. There is no way to "spot reduce" body fat. But you can make progress in 2 weeks. Put your stats into MFP, stick to your calorie goal, and accept whatever your legs look like at photo time.

    get a grip on yourself and focus on the bigger picture...it's not going to happen really...either that or photoshop....

    As long as you are performing well, I doubt anyone is going to be critiquing your legs.

    Obviously you are posting this because it's bothering you... while you can't spot reduce, hit up the treadmill and run hard (or go outside and run). You could try 30 Day Shred too.

    Drink a ton of water and stay away from anything that will make you retain water. Realistically the best you can do is get rid of water weight but I am sure you have beautiful legs.

    Not sure you will accomplish what you want accomplish in only 2 weeks, but squats and running will help over time. I HATE squats, but I do them because they are beneficial, not because I like them. :D

    lunges lunges and more lunges - and you can try spinning :)
