    15 kilos lost - Before and during pics!

    Hey guys!
    I think it's time I uploaded some pictures.

    I started this weight loss journey 5 months ago, when I realised I was over being this unattractive blob. I was a shell, I have low self esteem and I just took to comfort foods.

    But I'm done being that girl!

    So, I have lost 16 kilos so far (Not even half way, I know...) bur I am feeling better about myself, and starting to notice it, a lot!

    SW: 100 kilos/220.46 lbs
    CW: 84 Kilos/185.18 lbs
    GW: 65 Kilos/143.3 lbs

    Now... I know I didn't give you a huge story about it, but it's long winded and will take too long, so I'll add it later.

    ANYWAY
    Now for progress pictures (because let's face it, it's why we're all here.)

      Well done on your amazing weight loss and fab results!!
      My story is very similar to yours and I started off at 255 lbs and I am currently down to 217 lbs. My goal weight is around 180 lbs!
