HI Everyone

My name is Vaughan, I am 25 years old, 1.68m and weigh 127kg.

All my life I have struggled with weight, at many times been thin, then hefty. However I eventually decided that enough is enough.

I joined on 25th of January 2013 weighing in at 129kg/130kg; so far so good.

I have completely stopped consuming any alcohol in the week (hardly have any on weekends anymore). Dropped my intake of carbohydrates. My next goal is to start the gym again in the next day or so.

Just wanted to say hi ;-)
