The ONE party you shouldn't have
Parties are associated with having a good time, laughter, enjoyment, entertainment, etc.
However the one party that some have can really be destructive.
The PITY PARTY.
The "woe is me", "no one else knows but me", "I'll never be________", "I'm always going to be alone", etc.
STOP IT.
The world will not stop revolving or going on because of someone having this party. The harsh reality is that ONLY YOU can stop this cycle of negative feedback. The more you re enforce it with pity parties, the harder it's going to be to try to achieve your goal.
Trust when I say that people who look physically fit still have issues they deal with on a day to day basis. It's not just you who struggles through life. So quit being a statistic and look in that mirror and say "I like myself unconditionally" and let's get this thing done.
Have a good day.

Oh- so true. There are so many excuses not get in shape and the older I get the more there are. I was a runner for 30 years, now I can't run for at least 8 weeks to heal an injury. Instead of crying on couch-I learned how to spin. Costly- since I went out an picked up a nice cervelo.0

I have a client this morning with 4 fused vertabrae (was a paratrooper) and can't do things at all like burpees, plank jacks, etc., but the guy isn't taking no for an answer on anything else. He is considered obese, with a thyroid issue, however in the past couple of weeks, he's been much more active than he has in 5 years.
