Food that gives you super human strength

A little know fact about me: I eat Ben and Jerrys Ice cream the night before my dead lifts every week because it gives me the ability to lift more weight ;-) Any other foods out there that do this for you? I don't wanna say pop tarts don't count BUT just because the Hodge Twins eat them on occasion and people refer to them a lot as a EXAMPLE when talking about IIFYM, it doesn't mean they need to be your super food ;-)
