Please help me come up with a great workout to get results! I have LA fitness available and free weights at home.

    You'll probably want to be more specific about the results you're looking for. Weight loss? Building muscle? Endurance? etc.

    How about:

    Squat 3x175 3x205 3x235 3x265

    Superset: Bench 5x100 5x115 5x135 / Alternating DB Curl 5x30 5x30 5x40

    Circuit: 3 times, 30s between sets:
    1) Chin-ups x6 2) Sumo deadlift high pull 6x135 3) Box jumps 24" x12 4) One-handed KB swing 6x40 l and r 5) Hanging leg raises x6

    Spin twice a week
    Sprint intervals twice a week
    Some plyometrics for warm up on weight training days
    Upper body twice a week. Push-Pull separate days
    Legs 3 times a week
    ABS everytime I workout
    1-2 rest days depending on how I feel

    Squats, deadlifts, lunges, planks, isolation work outs.
